So what’s the secret? It’s not really a secret. It’s really just eating healthy. The problem is, we don’t really know what healthy is. We have too many people telling us this and that and we think it takes too much time to eat well. So instead we try eating this and just this for breakfast and/or lunch and then a ‘sensible’ dinner. Don’t buy into it. Can you really do that for the rest of your life? I can’t. No way! I tried.
